Youth Mindfulness Coach

The Youth Mindfulness Kids Program is an 8-week introduction to mindfulness suitable for 7-11 year-olds  The course introduces mindfulness in a way that is engaging, relevant, and enjoyable, making use of music, games, activities, experiments, videos, songs and group discussion to convey key concepts as well as teaching mindfulness practices such as mindfulness of breathing and the cultivation of kind awareness. The Youth mindfulness program is suitable for a classroom environment and links directly to the curriculum for excellence.

Wild Yoga

This is a class for those who love life yoga and being in Scotland. Pop up classes in the park, in a garden, in the woods or by the river. There's no such thing as bad weather only deep meditation.

Meditation Practice

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace

1-to-1 Yoga Coaching

Awaken and aline your body, in your own space, with gentle introduction to yoga to support your personal needs, or go a bit deeper into breathing and mindfulness techniques.
All equipment will be provided if needed.

Pranayama Practice

Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. In Sanskrit, prana means "vital life force", and yama means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with the prana, thus, pranayama is a means to elevate the prana shakti, or life energies.

Relaxation

Decrease the effect of stress on your mind and body. Relaxation techniques can help you cope with everyday stress. And these techniques can help with long-term stress or stress related to various health problems, such as heart disease and pain
